Field CRs get a nice surprise on a cold day

Supervisors Steve Palmer, Kenneth Hampton, Bill Conde, Kevin Klein and Brian Barton surprised the APD reps in the field with hot cocoa and donuts on Tuesday morning (2/2/2011). Nice surprise as the temperatures around the Houston area were in the 20s.
